About the ingredients:
Berberine is a plant alkaloid that has been used for thousands of years to provide free-radical fighting activity, immune system support and proper microbial balance.* Its relationship to cardiovascular health has been of high importance in recent years due to its ability to support normal homocysteine levels and cholesterol within normal ranges.*
Folate is a more bioavailable form of folic acid, and this product also includes a stable, water soluble version of folate to provide superior bioavailability.*
R-Alpha Lipoic Acid is the natural form of the potent antioxidant Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA). It benefits cardiovascular health through supporting recycling of other antioxidants and through supporting normal blood lipid regulation.*
